Rainsport 2's or rainexperts - Louis123 - 02-06-2012

Stuck between these 2, got 2 seriously bad punctures on the front so thought I'd treat the clones to some new tyres all 4.

Uniroyal rainsport 2's = £148.99 for 4
Uniroyal rainexperts = £120 for 4 (cash sale) of a mate

The rainexperts appear to be dearer on eBay at £51.99 a tyre

What's your reviews on which ones I should get?

Re: Rainsport 2's or rainexperts - Midnightclub - 02-06-2012

Are you getting 50 or 55 profile tyres? 50's are muchos cheaper! I know a lot of people highly rate the RS2's for there sheer grip in the wet although they do have quite a soft side wall so look 'flat' as such

Re: Rainsport 2's or rainexperts - Ed Doe - 02-06-2012

I recommend Parada Spec 2s in the wet. Can't go wrong. Specially with some 4-pots aswell....

Re: Rainsport 2's or rainexperts - Kezzieboy - 03-06-2012

I'm damn happy with my rainsport 2's, considering more often than not in this country it's wet, it makes sense to me!

Re: Rainsport 2's or rainexperts - Louis123 - 03-06-2012

Just got the car back And took her for a spin, and wow such a difference they are much much smoother than the budgets that was only and with them being 195/50/15's they fill the arch so much better, it's currently raining here and I've got to say it grips a hell of a lot more it feels like I'm driving it in the dry!! Rainexperts FTW and at £30 + vat a tyre you can hardly complain!
