Cleaning my dturbo engine! help - scottbmxer - 29-05-2012 My dturbo needs an engine clean and was wondering if you could give me some help or a guide how to do it for the best way ... Cheers Re: Cleaning my dturbo engine! help - 1616six - 29-05-2012 1. Cover the battery, alternator & air intake. 2. Pressure wash the f*ck out of it Stand back & admire your work! Re: Cleaning my dturbo engine! help - Ricky - 29-05-2012 Cover anything that wont take to getting too wet, ie. battery alternator air filter. Also cover electrical connections in wd40 then cling film. Then spray engine with a strong de-greaser, or truck wash. leave to soak for a couple of minutes then pressure wash/steam clean off. Then once dry use something like tyre shine on the plastics to make them stand out. Re: Cleaning my dturbo engine! help - Harky - 29-05-2012 Bring it down to the boys at the car wash, get them to hot wash the f*ck out of it, job done ![]() Re: Cleaning my dturbo engine! help - londondan86 - 29-05-2012 Shouldn't you keep it running while pressure washing? Re: Cleaning my dturbo engine! help - Dicky - 06-06-2012 I'd use G101 and a jet wash, keep your engine started cover battery and alternator.. did mine earlier ill put a pic up later Re: Cleaning my dturbo engine! help - silverzx - 06-06-2012 londondan86 Wrote:Shouldn't you keep it running while pressure washing?
