so i haven't been on here i a while and seen as i have another old Peugeot you boys might be slightly interested in 

basically it started out brought a 205 shit box from a friend i decided  it wanted way to much welding then then set about hunting the bay e for a new shell / starting point.

on a budget so this is what i purcahsed

so then was the search of a xud 1.9 td from a 306 and gearbox

a scetchy ride home with xud td engine and in the daily

Engine all built up  and fitted with new timing belt and converted diff to run 205 1.8d drive shafts

Nice job! Must be a faff to fit that big lump in that small space!

was easyer to  fitting it to the car than trying to get it in the boot of the fiesta
