Hot idle very high - Jtrigga - 25-05-2012
Just a quick question after a long drive or when hot, the idle seems to go through the roof ive adjusted both the hot and cold idle screws with the hot being on the last thread but still wont go down. Im running a bosch pump.

Have you messed about with the adjustments recently? Assuming you adjusted the hot idle screw when actually up to operating temp rather than when cold?
Edit - just read you've put hot idle on the last thread. mmmh

Managed to fix it this morning just set the idle with the screws and disconnected the wax stat cable
