Turbo outlet size - Piggy - 19-05-2018

Anyone know off hand the size in mm of the turbo outlet on a 2.0 HDi?

45mm comes to mind...?

I thought it was smaller than that, 43 or maybe even 41mm. Try the intercooler guide threads, pretty sure at least one of those specifies.

41mm sounds correct

I've got the original black rubber connector in the shed, will measure the ID later if you still need it.

Tried those,it just says to get the c5/406 bottom pipe.... Which I don't want to do...

Not been to the shed but this may help Smile

Sorry lol looking at No3. Will go shed Smile

42/43 mm3. Taken from a slightly squished section of hose (No1)

Nice one... So you'd say 42mm would be a nice tight fit

RE: Turbo outlet size - Uberderv - 22-05-2018

Yeah should be, a good clamp round it too. As we know access behind there is very limited.

Well the joiner joins the bottom pipe to the compressor outlet, so if it says 41mm that means it fits both, ie the turbo too.
