Hello there I have a Ph3 306 GTI-6 is the below the correct gates Cambelt kit mine has the manual tensioner.

Yes that is the correct kit.
I searched that part number and found the site below the refers the part number with the Peugeot part number. Also the site below has it for a bit cheaper!
