Clutch part needed - Sambarker - 03-02-2017 Looking to repair a broken part of my pressure plate. It's the centre plastic cover which is held on with two clips. The clips remove and the black plastic part just lifts off. I need the black plastic part and clips If anyone can help please let me know. It's seems to be aftermarket clutches (non valeo) which use this type of release bearing Cheers Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk RE: Clutch part needed - welshpug - 04-02-2017 all pull clutches have that bearing. RE: Clutch part needed - Mattcheese31 - 04-02-2017 if you're desperate, come and split the gearbox off my silver DT, you're welcome to it mate Clutch part needed - Sambarker - 04-02-2017 (04-02-2017, 09:49 AM)welshpug Wrote: all pull clutches have that bearing. Well done captain obvious! They don't all look like this though, and this is the CG pressure plate that came with my paddle clutch which I am wanting to reuse as I haven't had an issue with it. I have a spare valeo unit but the release bearing looks like this, so isn't interchangeable Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk RE: Clutch part needed - welshpug - 04-02-2017 unless the CG plate has uprated springs just stick the Valeo plate on, it looks like a standard sachs unit. Clutch part needed - bashbarnard - 05-02-2017 From what i see and hear the cg clutch kit just comes with a standard unit. I would be inclined just to use the valeo unit as said. Just means it will have to mate to it again though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
