Phone holder - DeeTurbo - 24-01-2017

Hi,

Ages ago I remember there being a phone holder that used to mount behind the centre console clock panel.

Does any one remember these or know where to get them from?

What phone holders do you use in your 306, any photos?

Do you mean this style where it fits behind the plastics? Brodit seems to be the brand.

I've got one of these, a little big but plenty adjustable for moving from different cars/vans etc.

got 3 of these in total, they're awesome.

I wouldnt use one if I didnt have a case on my phone though, as with a case you don't need to stick the piece of metal to your phone.. it just sits in between the phone and case.

I've got the exam same thing, Spigen branded though but not that it makes a difference I'm sure. Awesome things, thin magnet that sits between my phone and case. Can't even notice it. Great bit of kit.

I did think about this type, it does seem like a good idea and very minimal.

And a plus is the radio controls double as a handy tablet holder

With things getting stricter I've bought one of these to try.

If I don't get on with it I'm thinking of the bracket in the link below but it will need a mount attaching to the bracket.

Or there is one that goes higher blocking a middle vent.

Or at radio level

RE: Phone holder - toseland - 02-03-2017

Personally i would get the lower level one, i would be worried that tthat radio level one would interfere with the 306 passanger air bag in a negative way (ie if the airbag extends that far out which i think it does, send the phone flying at 300mph in your direction)

bear that in mind!

RE: Phone holder - DeeTurbo - 02-03-2017

Good point. I think I saw that one was for cars without the NS airbag.
