Moving fag charger location - Mac22 - 24-12-2016
Right.. as I am moving the cd player to the bottom and guage where the cd player was.. where can I relocate the cigarette lighter? Where's the best place! As I have swapped the lower console with a ph2/3 one. And as the ph1 pulls down I need to relocate it! Any ideas?

i'd cut a hole in the side of the new lower console, check how much spare wire there is first

This is the only picture in have currently. You know the ph2/3 bottom console.. there are 2 pockets the top pocket is where il be putting the cd player. I have done this before fine but I already and a ph2 so didn't have to relocate the llighter. I won't buy another console as I have a Dremmel to cut it before

You don't need a cigarette lighter? Just wire up a tab
Usb charger adapter hidden behind the dash and have the cables coming out? Route up near a pillar for phone mount location etc.

yeh is it only usb you need? id leave the dash tidy and put it into the lower console somewhere. Ive relocated a radio down there before and it was all good. Maybe extend it and put it into the holder at the back of the lower console?

Possibly could do that! I don't fancy touching the dash. Rather put it tidy in the bottom dash somewhere.
