as title need a pointer from someone smarter than myself. being a public forum i wont be writing on here what about but i do need some advice

I'm not necessarily good with them but essentially the employer says sign and agree with our contract or f*ck off out the door, you need this job far more than we need you.

Im not bad, have had to review a few union contracts here in Australia so a business doesnt shoot itself in the foot.
