Fuel pump 1.8L engine - matore - 16-05-2016

Hey guys, today I was running a scan with the PP2000, no errors so far, but something caught my eye. The fuel ramp pressure seems a bit low, reading 0450 mb (is that mili bar?) on idle and falling below 0400 with a slight acceleration. Injection time 2.8ms. As far as I know the pump pressure should be arround 3 bar, right? But what about the fuel ramp? The filter is new, also I've checked injectors and they are in good nick.
Something funny is that after turning the engine off, the car will cycle the fuel pump 3 or 4 times, for about 1 sec. Is that normal? It has always done it as I recall, but it's not something I've seen in other cars. Any thoughts? Thanks
