Brake servo - n0v0s - 12-03-2016

Who's run without one? Is it bareable for a road car?

Ideally, i'm looking to relocate the servo to the right side of bay. I think the 406/106 run like this, as does 206. Can't find much info on relocating it though.

Removing or relocating the servo is the easiest way to get my turbo to fit. Otherwise, I'll have to take engine back out/ re bodge the already welded on turbo.

You'll need to take engine out to move servo so just do the turbo properly.

might be bearable with a different master cylinder that is designed to be non servo (different ratios?) , but with gti-6 MC it takes considerable foot effort to apply brakes without servo assist.

just unplug the vac pump hose and see how you like it - obvs on a clear private roadway somewhere
