Air Filter type - Shawnobi - 27-02-2016

I have a 2000 306 MERIDIAN HDI (90) 2.0 DIESEL, 5 Door HATCHBACK.

Can anyone tell me which is the correct shape air filter? Getting to many choices and dont want to open it up until I do the change.

It's a flat one, 'wonky' rectangle shape. Not sure if there is any difference between the two that look the same on your pic though lol.

The bottom left one, the exact same as the one I bought for mine recently, but as Tom said they both look the exact same Smile

Hope I don't buy an upside down one Wink

but they are designed specifically with airflow in a certain direction in mind... if you put it the other way up itll want to flow backwards and create an awful vacuum in the inlet piping to the turbo. Tongue

its a pity no one else did hah!

punctuation makes all the difference..

"I helped my uncle jack, off a horse" and "I helped my uncle jack off a horse"... get the picture? lol

RE: Air Filter type - Toms306 - 29-02-2016

Isn't that one more about capital letters?

You helped your Uncle Jack off a horse.
