HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - BiG K - 31-01-2016 Does anyone have a broken HP fuel pump and willing to send out the bolts from the FPR? ![]() RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - tigerstyle - 26-05-2016 Same request on bolt size please ![]() Think it's M6 currently? RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - BiG K - 26-05-2016 I ended up buying a whole fuel pump for the two bolts haha. I'll get it measure up tomorrow for you! RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - tigerstyle - 27-05-2016 M6*15mm RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - BiG K - 27-05-2016 M6 * 15mm is correct. Has a T30 Torx head. RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - pug306driver - 27-05-2016 whats the pitch please?? RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - BiG K - 27-05-2016 No idea how to measure pitch, I think it's standard? I've included a photo if that helps. RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - welshpug - 27-05-2016 Probably 1.0mm pitch, use the links below to find them RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - tigerstyle - 27-05-2016 (27-05-2016, 07:49 PM)welshpug Wrote: Probably 1.0mm pitch, use the links below to find them And yeah it's 1mm AFAIK not listed, servicebox is not all that. I looked yesterday, does have the o-ring specs though. RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - BiG K - 27-05-2016 The O-rings are cheap enough to buy....if your dealer will get them in. Some O rings are supplied in packs of 5, some in 4 and some in 3... they were being a bit arsey with me when I went to go buy the O rings. RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - pug306driver - 28-05-2016 cool, thanks, fore armed etc., looks as if a 10mm hex head will fit?? RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - Poodle - 29-05-2016 You might find you have clearance issues getting a socket over it, being so close to the solenoid body as they are. RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - tigerstyle - 29-05-2016 Yeah, hex head is a no go. Bolt won't even fit let alone the socket. In a pinch you could use a 30mm long bolt and a 15mm spacer, but not recommended. RE: HP Fuel Pump FPR Bolts - pug306driver - 30-05-2016 thanks, will go down the allan bolt route |
