GTB2056VL VNT turbo. From a 2009 Volvo XC90 (2.4 D5)

Has been converted using an actuator from a GT17 which has been flipped (boost can) so the wastegate is controlled with boost rather than using an electric actuator or vacuum. Easiest way to set up is with an mbc

Comes with adaptor to fit hdi engine and also a hdi manifold which has been tapped for an egt probe (I used a stack one)

Comes with braided oil line and fittings, water fittings if you want to plumb in, low pressure oil flange (will need to make your own return pipe)

Minimal play in the turbo, good for 200bhp +

A down pipe would be required to be made, could get an xc90 down pipe and chop/weld or have a flange made up. New nuts/bolts to bolt it all together also required, I don't want to include the used ones.

Look at the photos for how it looks on the back of a hdi motor. This was fitted in a 305 and hasn't been fitted in a 306, so unsure of bulkhead clearance. Loads of room in a 305 bay, but may have to tickle the firewall with a sledge in a 306, or it may fit a dream.

Please note you will need a bit of knowledge to make this fit/work correctly. Do expect something that just bolts on and away you go. This is not intended to be an off the shelf kit

Looking for £300 + post ovno
