Castle Combe Spring Action Day - 02/04/16 - Eeyore - 04-12-2015
Hi All,
Spring Action Day will be on the 2nd of April. Its a mixed event with some serious weaponry on track so probably not a good one to get to know the track etc. Book some time at FCS if you want to. Then again if you've got balls go for it. Track time is usually 15 minutes and has previously cost around £25 a session. There are lots of hold ups in the afternoon which means you could be on track over an hour later than your slot.
I imagine the day will be rocking up around 9am and getting some breakfast at the cage. Then having a look at various machines and then sitting up at quarry. Definitely bring some camp chairs and a rain coat etc and you can easily sit there for a few hours. Brilliant view of the drifting too. Walk back, chat and then head off home.
If we get enough people down im sure we can sort out a stand.

Afternoon Guys
Combe are doing things a little differently this year. In the past we have been given 10 free tickets which we have distributed on a first come first serve basis. This year they are charging for all of them.
These will be booked through the club so unlike FCS, i will be collecting the money.
Vehicle pass (which includes access for your car, driver and 3 passengers!) - £12
Track time between 0900-1100 & 1600-1700 - £25
Track time between 1100-1600 - £30
Club spaces are being allocated on a first come first serve basis so we have until the beginning of March to have this secured. Therefore if you would like to attend, i need you to pay by Tuesday 1st March. Payment must be made to the club paypal (payments@306oc.co.uk) and MUST be paid as a gift or you pay the fees. The club will not be paying the difference if you decide to not cover the fees!!
Please ensure you include in the notes what you are paying for e.g what track session, how many etc.
All tickets will be sent to me then distributed before the show.
Once you have paid, please add your name to the list and tell me what you have paid for

niall can we have a list of available track slots with there duration please,
as your list shows
9-11 =2hrs =£30
16-17 =1hr =£30
11-16 =5hrs =£35
is it 15min sessions within that time slot?
im guessing they shut the track for an hour for lunch somewhere too

I have checked and there is actually no mention of how long the track sessions are! I would assume they are 15 minutes but i have emailed Combe to confirm. I have also asked about lunch as again there is no indication as to when and how long this is.

Or Spring action day will set you back £132 for 4 sessions with all the have a go heroes.. Meh.

Have updated the track prices. Ive just noticed if we book by the deadline i have set there is a £5 discount. Stil expensive though!
