well...pah! i wernt having that time to up my game Smile

Hi Hugo
thankyou for your lecture regarding 10BaseT and 100BaseT network systems
but!!
CCTV systems still use BNC and coaxial which this would of been used on!
i think you fail to see my point

you have miss advertised your goods and i have not got what you have advertised

if i wanted a tester without a case i would have bought from a different seller selling the item cheaper than you

how are you going to assist me

thanks
Paul

Hi Paul
Thanks for your reply.
I understand your disappointment, and can only apologise. I have sent you a full refund of your payment back to your Amazon account, and Amazon should confirm this by email at some point today.
Please keep the tester with our compliments. Hopefully it will be of some use to you.
Kind regards

because he bought it to test CCTV cable, and the required connector wasn't actually supplied (so it's useless)
Well, thats what he said in the e-mail anyway.

RE: you got to love complaining :D - 1616six - 28-09-2015

I thought of this today...

I purchased a set of HID's for my Astra, decided to go for the best of the best all singing all dancing ones for £58, they worked awesome for 3 weeks then one died. I could have claimed under warranty but decided that 3 week life spans aren't really what I was after & that I'd rather a refund.

I emailed the company and they ignored 4 emails from me, so I put a paypal claim in asking for the cost of them minus P&P which I thought was very reasonable.

I finally got a response after putting the claim in, they even sent me a freepost returns label.

I then got this email from PayPal today:

Dear Jordan ******,

We have concluded our investigation into your case and have decided in your
favour.

You have indicated that a partial refund of 55.95 GBP would be satisfactory.
We were able to recover 57.95 GBP, and this amount has been credited to
you. Please allow 5 working days for this adjustment to be posted.

If you are due any additional funds, we will make our best effort to
recover the balance from the seller.

If the seller's account has insufficient funds to complete the refund owed
to you, please be assured that we will take appropriate action against the
seller's account, which may include limitation of the seller's account
privileges.

Lovely Smile

what they should have saidJJ, was "you are a lady garden for putting aftermarket HIDs on a car that will invariably blind everyone else on the road, you should have fking known better.. no refund"
