I've seen previously someone posted a big list (from Autodata?) on the bolt torque specs across the DW10/306.
I'm doing my belts and clutch soon, and looking for guides on these figures, does anyone have the specs?
- Pressure Plate
- Water pump bolts
- Tensioner bolts
- LHS engine bracket
- etc...

All of what you have listed i would usually do up tight by feel but here is hopefully all you'll need from auto data
Cylinder head instructions : Autodata NoteIllustration

Tighten: 20 Nm
Tighten: 60 Nm
Tighten: 110°
Tighten: 110°

I've never torque checked water pump bolts... Be amazed if you got a torque wrench down there!

Waterpump was 11Nm iirc, its all in the Haynes!
You don't want to warp the WP and have it leak so I'd always torque stuff like that - and did fit the torque wrench in.

Just do the water pump and pinch bolts to how they feel tight. That's what I always do and expect most others do

Hence posting here to get some specs, I don't have a Haynes, have often found them inadequate for most jobs and prefer forums for queries like this.
So if you can post up a few specs from the relevant chapters welshpug or if they happen to be online anywhere...???

Just buy a 2nd hand one lol, all the torques you need for a job are on one page that you can keep next to you, no running in to the computer etc.

Haynes 85Nm
So who do I believe?
Surely if you own a 306 you have a Haynes!

At the top of this thread, Frosty is saying Autodata 100Nm.

Crikey, I just looked into Autodata (that I have never heard of before) and it's £477 for a year .
Pass me my Haynes manual.
