yep these came out of a 5 door HDI which i fitted my half leathers to today! These are seats only and are the phase 3 type with side airbags built in. The set comes with Phase 2 headrests.

drivers side has a small hole IIRC. They are out of a phase 3 hdi. All are good but the drivers bolster :-)
