I've planned literally nothing this weekend, not entirely sure where the last week has gone as I hadn't even noticed we were at Friday already!

I don't think it's food poisoning either.
You had a Big Mac & A strawberry milkshake - The beef is cooked by an automatic timed grill, and it's beef - you can eat it rare.
Very unlucky if you got food poisoning from a milkshake too, considering how quickly the shake mix is used up, you'd never get an out of date one.
Probably eaten something the same day or coincidently gotten a bug.

sat; being forcibly carried/dragged onto fooking big ship in spain
sun; wake up with said ship parked in a foreign port....................repeat step 3 for 14 days--then fly home.

Tomorrow clean and polish car, check fluids
Sunday drive to Kent, see the in laws and then first thing Monday morning head to Dover / Calais
Monday/ Tuesday at Disney land with the kids
Wednesday drive to the south of France for a week
