why would a 1.9dt 306 engine only be producing 10 psi standard ?

Boost leak more than likely on the d seal

have checked it with soapy water and cant see a leak or do thy leak under the cooler ?

That's where the D seal is lol, either there or pipe from intercooler to turbo

Right changed the D seal checked all the pipes still 10psi. So decided to up fuel etc. The screw on the waste gate is all the way in and its still only producing 10psi. I'm assuming the waste gate is broken or seized. Does anyone have a kkk lying around don't matter if its fooked as I just want to remove waste gate.
