Powdercoat question - Lwilliams - 22-07-2015 What would you expect to pay for a strut brace to be powder coated red... It's already been media blasted RE: Powdercoat question - r3k1355 - 22-07-2015 Place that I used did 13" wheels at £15 a wheel in a basic colour, so a strut brace wants to be less than that IMO. RE: Powdercoat question - Eeyore - 22-07-2015 well people do wheels including blasting for 65 a wheel. So... if youve already done that bit id expect 40-50? RE: Powdercoat question - Pompey306mark - 22-07-2015 £10-20 I would have thought. RE: Powdercoat question - Ruan - 22-07-2015 I wouldn't expect to pay any more than about £30-35 - powdercoating is not a time consuming process! RE: Powdercoat question - 7057sam - 22-07-2015 I think a place near mine does 40 a wheel RE: Powdercoat question - welshpug - 22-07-2015 where are you thinking of using? I know theres a few about but no idea of pricing. RE: Powdercoat question - C2K - 22-07-2015 £20 at my local. RE: Powdercoat question - cully - 22-07-2015 i just paid £72 for 4 wheels to be stainless bead blasted then £20 per wheel for basic gloss white powder coat i used two different companys as they were both more expensive if they did the whole job RE: Powdercoat question - Lwilliams - 22-07-2015 30 quid...and castle coating mei Doesn't sound that bad then... Thought I'd been ripped off a little, but as most people where in the ball park I feel a bit better now Thanks for the replys RE: Powdercoat question - Ruan - 22-07-2015 I'd say personally that's the upper end of the scale! But I wouldn't say "had your pants down" RE: Powdercoat question - Lwilliams - 22-07-2015 Thanks Ruan helped me feel a little less annoyed |
