Front shocks - craig306 - 22-07-2015 Hi guys, I am after some front shocks for my 306 1999. its not lowed, and its not going to be, but i want a shocker thats better than a std shock. i was looking at some Bilstein B4 Shock Absorbers. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/251628922931?_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT RE: Front shocks - bashbarnard - 22-07-2015 They are standard equipment. Why would you want uprated ones. Bare in mind these will be better than what you have as they wont have any milage on. RE: Front shocks - maxzy - 23-07-2015 As the intention of Bilstein, B4 can be compareable to standard (Maybe a little bit better than std). If you want a better performance, You can looking for B6 or more for Bilstein. No comment for another aftermarket brand. RE: Front shocks - Mattcheese31 - 23-07-2015 The B4's are decent though, I use some with Xsara vts springs, gave me about a 30mm drop and handles well RE: Front shocks - simonh - 28-07-2015 Any decent/ branded gas shocks will feel like an upgrade if yours are knackered. KYB or Bilstein will do a good job at standard height or even down to about a 35mm drop. |
