I have a kid and a hatch wasn't big enough. Just bought an estate. Love it.

Been offered a 307 hdi dturbo 110 model I know it's not a estate but bit bigger surely? What people's thoughts? Thanks?

I can also recommend an estate, I also have children (and another on the way), and mine doubles up as a work van as well! Wink

307 boot is pitiful. It may look bigger but they cram extra crap in there.

Welcome along by the way....

RE: New to the Peugeot scene - Danny_2503 - 07-07-2015

What's so bad about them? Thanks.

RE: New to the Peugeot scene - Ben_w - 07-07-2015

306 was the last of the great cars Peugeot made. The 307, was the start of the bad...

I had one whilst the incompetent idiots at a dealership I won't mention fixed my GTi6 after getting a proper kicking from Peugeot UK.....was a 1.4, in gold. Plastic everywhere, creaked like mad, rubbish seats, poor engine, handled like a fully laden oil tanker in a force 9 Gale, fire risk issues on the diesels due to a piss poor heatshield....the list goes on

4th from bottom of 100 cars in a reliability chart in 2002.....says enough for me!

Just 2 good points.......lost count on the bad.....

All seem to be old posts =\

RE: New to the Peugeot scene - highwayman306 - 08-07-2015

Choose life, choose a 306 HDi estate Wink PROPER fun family car Wink need one myself lol

Certainly asking the wrong question in a 306 owners club forum Big Grin The guys here, myself included, are rather biased towards the 306.

RE: New to the Peugeot scene - RetroPug - 26-07-2015

You can usually find cheap 306 estates on gumtree etc. that haven't been played with.
