ABS sheets... cheapest supplier - Piggy - 18-06-2015 I think I will be sheeting out the doors soon...I don't like how untidy it looks. Some 2mm ABS sheet can't exactly tip the scales...but in my searching best I have found is about £46 per door. I don't care if it's not "carbon effect" etc...just black would do! Anyone any experience in this?! RE: ABS sheets... chepest supplier - Eeyore - 18-06-2015 really that much? i thought i had seen cheaper on ebay. Im also interested in this too. RE: ABS sheets... chepest supplier - Stef205 - 18-06-2015 ive been looking for ages aswell! ive the same idea as you for the doors. let me know if you find a good supplier as stef needs a splitter too! ![]() RE: ABS sheets... chepest supplier - highwayman306 - 19-06-2015 Pop down to your old secondary school or college, sometimes being nice to the lecturers or teachers can be a bonus. Ask them if there is any 'spare' and fingers crossed...they might help you out. If the car is moving, go down in that so they can see what your using it for ![]() RE: ABS sheets... chepest supplier - 7057sam - 19-06-2015 Yeah when I was going to do it for the rallye I found it pricey. I made the rears for free using some 2mm I found being thrown out by my neighbours. Maybe checking down you local dump/recycling centre RE: ABS sheets... chepest supplier - Piggy - 19-06-2015 hmmm. ok chaps. If I do find a supplier as least I maybe able to get a bit of it for us all maybe to get price down. I want some to make ducting for the radiator too, to funnel some air in. RE: ABS sheets... chepest supplier - Slam Wagon - 20-06-2015 I can get an 8x4 sheet of 2mm in white for £45. Thats what me and nath did for his 106 and my truck. Can be rolled to fit in a boot to get it home and will give you plenty. Dont think its abs, think its pvc but easily paintable or coverable, ive done mine in suede. [attachment=23917] Stupid sideways pictures again. RE: ABS sheets... chepest supplier - adam b - 20-06-2015 Mine are white pvc.
