What's the best engine oil to use for stage 2 also gearbox oil as changing the clutch

I find shell helix ultra to be quite good oil. Used in my corsa for ages and now in my HDI.
Have you thought about fitting an oil cooler? Or have one fitted already?

Naa never thought about fitting one tbf mate got to much on my mind at the min lol got to change my turbo clutch and cambelt

Only use the correct total gear oil

If you have to do them 3 jobs it may be easier and quicker to drop the engine out.

You don't need an oil cooler unless it's doing a LOT of track work, they just don't produce enough heat for it to be necessary. If you want one for fashion purposes make sure you use a thermostatic plate, otherwise you'll have serious problems with the engine never reaching operating temperature.
