Even when he "takes a break" and relies on his safety line, that isn't even attached!?!? just clips onto a rod, which isn't closed off!? this guy is mental...

I was a ropes course instructor out in america and i had to fix some rigging on top of a 50ft telegraph pole. That was quite un nevering as i was being tethered by some one at the bottom.

I've got a pretty good head for heights, my dads a roofer and I used to go to work with him sometimes when I was a kid, if he was working near home. I've stood on girders 700ft up with a little spindly safety line and not even been worried...

But that would make me shit my pants and cry.

Pea-roast from .net

But totally agree with the above, I'm not too bad with heights but that just makes me fill light-headed and frankly ill!

I couldn't do that job.

Looks like fun Big Grin, I wonder why they don't take some parachutes to BASE jump back down afterwards..

Re: Is your job this ... erm... - Strikeforce - 26-04-2012

Gotta be crazy to do this

Re: Is your job this ... erm... - Ruan - 27-04-2012

In my job I'm often rigging things up fairly high, I'm quite confident with heights... Being up in the rafters on a wire in the NIA isn't a problem at all...

But f*ck that for a bag of crisps...

Re: Is your job this ... erm... - Craig-o - 29-04-2012

Can you imagine if it started pissing down with rain at the top???? I'd stay there and cry
