I have a battery relocation kit i have made. I have supplied a few of these for lads in the GTi6 forum and have 1 spare now. The kit contains:
*replacement cable from altenater to starter to junction box
*cable from junction box to tun theough the car to the boot
*earth cable to earth the battery in the boot
*new positive and negative battery terminals
*brand new junction box
Everything you need to relocate your battery in the boot of your car.

This kit will work fine on the HDI too
