Best way to seal arches - rd070707 - 02-05-2015

Ive had my arch liners out for nearly a year now, simply needed it for wheel clearance being so low. Now I intend to refit majorly cut versions as best I can, but whats the best way of sealing the arches before I do so?

Any advice?

Clean them well, make sure they're dry and coat them in waxoyl...

thanks Tom any brand thats best? Also brush or spray?

Waxoyl is a brand, 'underseal' is its proper name I suppose.

Brush or spray is personal preference.

I've never bothered myself so I can't say which is best lol.

I get the brush on underseal with waxoyl in. Treats rust and protects. Its only about £20 from motorspares. Could probaly find it cheaper online. Its my personal preference though.

Underseal for the win mate, clean as said then apply generously (within reason) with brush Big Grin messy job but thats the nature of protecting Big Grin
