hi everyone
i have a 2000 306 1.6
the fuel pump doesnt prime when i turn the ignition
i had 0v to the pump before i disconnected the relay and now i have 3.5v when i bypass it
the fuel pump doesnt prime either
what could be the reason?

Could be several things, are you measuring voltage at the pump (pin 4 iirc?)?

check the plugs by the pasengers foot well the fuel pump feed runs through them and the plug burns up
