do h7 hid kits come with 2 bulbs for each light?

No just the 2 bulbs, if you're going to put them in though get the H7R's (they have a cap across the top of the arc to reduce upwards glare)
Awaits comments like "you're basically satan for putting HID's in your lights" etc.

I have them in my car so ill get over it lol. I do have shutter bulbs tho
