MOT fail - Brake Pipe Inadequately Clipped - tigerstyle - 11-01-2015

Had my HDi Estate fail an MOT the other day, one of the fails reads as:
Nearside rear (to flexy clip missing) Brake pipe inadequately clipped [3.6.B.1]

I haven't had it jacked up yet to look at the problem, but from googling the best  I can come up with is it's going to be the 'U' clips on the flexy, one might have rusted through?
Anything else maybe so I can get the bits sorted?

Picture not mine but for reference:

The copper lines also run through clips on the body

on that pic were red flexi joins copper pipe, they pass through a black bracket---theres usually a horse-shoe clip to secure them .

If it specifies flexi as per your op, then it'll be around the flexi. Wink
