EGR Blank - daveygravey - 29-12-2014 I've bought an EGR inlet blank from ebay and fitted it with homemade gaskets. Am I done or do I need to disconnect the EGR solenoid? Thanks, Dave RE: EGR Blank - DeeTurbo - 29-12-2014 That's it, that's all you have to do. Unplugging the solenoid may incur a fault code. RE: EGR Blank - pro_steve - 30-12-2014 I usually unplug it and then delete it from the ECU and then you get no fault, but leaving it as is will only bring a silent fault and no fault light on the dash so it doesn't matter what you do either way. |
