Could I go with this wheel setup? - JTaylor2005 - 21-12-2014

Hey all. Im a big fan of steel wheels tbf.

I was wondering if these would fit on my 306??
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/16-Wheel-SET-OF-4-for-Peugeot-Citroen-6-5J-4x108x65-1-ET26-/261708516268?pt=UK_CarParts_Acc_Wheels_tyres_Trims_Car_Rims_ET&hash=item3cef0b0bac

They have a fairly high offset so would I be right in thinking that if I fit a set of 10/20mm spacers they would be alright?

Also fitting 16's with wheels that are 215 wide would that be okay?

Thanks, Jack

Std fitment iirc

205 be about as wide as you could go without arch rolling etc

Its a set of 4, and they're practically new, I don't know the guys selling the wheels but I do know of the guy that does the conversions to the vehicles these wheels come off!

Well vortex wheels are 205 and wifh 20mm spacers they fit quite well.

would the offset on these cause issues if I fitted spacers?? I would only need like 15mm spacers to make the offset match cyclones if I have done my research correctly?

Cheers Smile

if the width is different you do not match the offset.

But these wheels are 205 width arent they?? :S

RE: Could I go with this wheel setup? - welshpug - 22-12-2014

rim width is not measured in mm, its 6.5"

Oh haha. So cyclones are 6j.

Couldn't I put spacers on to move them further out so they don't hit anything underneath the car like people do when fitting Vortex alloys?
