guys, i'm after xsara vts 2.4 steering rack but it is impossible to find one in europe for LHD car, so i was wondering if RHD rack from UK would fit a LHD car?

No the rack cannot be fitted in reverse

I think you could take the rack to bits and put the 2.4 gearing into the LHD case

But they do look the same as i browse trough pictures.
I have one spare in garage so il take closer look into it

no, angle of the pinion teeth will be wrong.
