Okay so my window was hesitating to go up so I took off the door card and the metal wire is all shredded up, dont know how its happend but yeah, shall I just buy a whole new regulator which is £85 from ecp or is there another way around this?

You have to buy the whole thing, cheaper used than new though as above lol.
