Crank pulley REPLACED with pics!! - LewisG - 19-10-2014

Okay so I managed to get my old crank pulley off today EVENTUALLY

Tried everything, impact gun, in gear with breaks ect all that stuff, in the end we got a chain wrench around the pulley and a massive breaker bar + extension bar to get it off, it was as tight as a**holes

its a two stage so 40nm then 51 degreas or 195nm

hmm did mine by autodata yesterday
70Nm + 60degres

Okay cheers guys all done, scared the sh*t out of me though, whilst I was tightening the bolt there was a massive bang, thought Id broken something but it drives fine and is quieter if anythin
