gti6, rallye and hdi shocks and springs - Welshy_Pete - 07-04-2012

Is there any diffrence with the gti6, rallye and hdi shocks and springs?

The suspension or axle on the hdi ment to be the same as the gti6 and rallye?

Which one has gas shocks or there both oil standard?

thanks

The 6 engine is heavier so I'd say yes as when Dum Dum fitted 6 setup on the state hdi it raised it lol

As jonny says, the gti is heavier so a HDi would sit higher on gti springs, and afaik the hdi dturbo had the same shocks as the gti but the smaller anti-roll bars, the meridian and other less sorry spec hdi cars had the softer shocks on but I could be totally wrong!

Then again they could be like everything else on the 306 and just totally random and pot luck lol
