Come to open the boot this morning and it wont open is this an electrical fault

Motor gets stiff, I've wd40'd it in the past but had to climb in the boot and unscrew panel cover for access. There's a rod on the motor give that a few tugs mate

Ive brought a new motor an works fine now cheers
