Before: After: That was a full de-grease, light sand with 800 wet, 1200 dry then 2 coats white etch primer and 3 coats Agri spec High temp gloss red. RE: 6 inlet painting - Orta - 14-08-2014 Looking good. Wanna spray mine black. Where's everyone getting the pug badges to go on them from? RE: 6 inlet painting - cully - 14-08-2014 use a solvent to disolve the glue remove the badge then you can re fix it with some double sided sticky RE: 6 inlet painting - RetroPug - 14-08-2014 There's a guy that custom makes them, original, new colours, other designs etc. for 3 quid or something. I painted one a while ago, but it turned out to be warped. :/ http://306oc.co.uk/forum/thread-19890-page-4.html RE: 6 inlet painting - rikky - 26-08-2014 i've sprayed them in the past and also had them powdercoated. always been much happier with the powdercoated finish to be honest RE: 6 inlet painting - Eeyore - 26-08-2014 Yeh if you can get it powdercoated then of course thats going to be a better longer lasting more durable finish! RE: 6 inlet painting - rikky - 26-08-2014 only pain is when the coaters decide to leave all the bolt holes uncovered and you spend 2 hours unpicking coating from threads..
