hi finally after a few months of being a member on here i am going to post some pictures starting at the begning with a standard car to now, its not had a great amount done but im getting there slowly, and im also helping the missus with her 3 door hdi dturbo, mines a 5 door glx hdi,
before lowering and after a good valet.

even got the missus to help flush the radiatior [Image: emilysphone053.jpg]
i then fitted a strut brace nice and orange(was the first one i found for a decent price [Image: emilysphone037-1.jpg]
fitted rear sportex back box and racetube middle and decat [Image: emilysphone038-1.jpg]
lining up the front laguna splitter [Image: emilysphone047-1.jpg]

also car has now been lowered 40 mm all round with gti shocks and its had a stage one remap and ive fitted a boost gauge more pictures to follow, let me know what you think, oh and de wipered too
next was installing hids 6000k canbus ones [Image: 2012-03-08154729.jpg]
then i cleaned the inlet elbow whilst blanking the egr [Image: 2012-03-08145206.jpg] [Image: 2012-03-15010808.jpg] here i bunged the egr valve pipe with a unused allen key and some silicone sealant and some more cleaning on the inlet [Image: 2012-03-08145152.jpg] i found it easier to remove the air box to get to it. after a stage one remap i noticed i have a injector leak, so i loosened and retightened and then later replaced injector seals, so if yours look like this[Image: 2012-03-15010753.jpg] [Image: 2012-03-15010749.jpg] then try tightening them up if that doesnt work replace the seals.
my mate jammas car and i think dans td at the end of the EA meet [Image: 2012-03-11200442.jpg] during the meet i noticed how dirty my rear had gotten after leaving a trail of thick black smoke everywhere i went, cant blame the others for rushing of when we were moving to the next check points, [Image: 2012-03-11145315.jpg] http://i1065.photobucket.com/albums/u40 ... 173013.jpg me left behind taking it easy because my rocker cover gasket went Sad nice clean and shiny at the begining of the day then all black and dirty at the end [Image: 2012-03-11124832.jpg]
next i installed my boost gauge [Image: 2012-03-17153154.jpg] and my cobra alarm and immobaliser [Image: 2012-03-17153147.jpg] on monday i should be fitting a front mounted intercooler Smile yay then a new clutch followed by a stage two. let me know what you think guys any hints and tips would be appreciated.

i didnt mate, brought them as they are Smile they looked good until the foreigner at the car cleaning place in Coventry pressure washed all the paint off! lol

looks good man! i think the massive pugnet stucker on the side ruins it a bit, not just because its here on oc but its a little large and in a n odd place

Car looks good mate! I really like cherry phase 3's for some reason, always have!


Might just be me.. cooler would be better off mounted lower mate from the pics it doesn't look like much of it is exposed to the air?
