I have no idea whats going on with 306s any more! ![]() RE: 2000 hdi estate - WiNgNuTz - 24-06-2014 (24-06-2014, 09:58 PM)Toms306 Wrote: Pov spec estate in the old tax bracket and you've got a bidding war.... They're getting too old/worthless now.....means sticking a pair of tyres on or changing a beam is like half the value of the car...well recon beam costs more than the car lol! Not to mention all the 'tards that have 'fixed' them in the past. That said I'd still love to thrash a '6 round a track one day lol... The HDi cant be that bad though surely?.....must be doing more mpg than the DT for a start lol. RE: 2000 hdi estate - WiNgNuTz - 24-06-2014 Yeah it's doing much better mpg, but the list of problems is growing by the day. Makes me realise just how tidy the DT was! ![]() RE: 2000 hdi estate - Niall - 24-06-2014 (24-06-2014, 10:29 PM)WiNgNuTz Wrote: Yeah it's doing much better mpg, but the list of problems is growing by the day. Makes me realise just how tidy the DT was! I think you bought a turd mate! Tom you just don't understand car ownership at all. Ignoring the fact we all modify our cars, most will cost more than their value to run over the course of their life. Thats just how it is and generally in the long run it works out cheaper to keep an old car but maintain it as needs be rather than sell/scrap it to buy about 3-400 quid car only to do the same a few months down the line when that needs tyres or a bit of work. Its a false economy selling up every 5 minutes when it needs a little maintenance. RE: 2000 hdi estate - Toms306 - 24-06-2014 Hmm, that sucks then. ![]() RE: 2000 hdi estate - Niall - 24-06-2014 Welcome to the real world ![]() RE: 2000 hdi estate - Toms306 - 24-06-2014 That was in reply to Steve, you jumped in too quick. ![]() We'll have to agree to disagree with your point though.... But as this is a for sale thread I wont take that any further. ![]() RE: 2000 hdi estate - Carlos vinyls - 30-06-2014 breaking it this week everything for sale part from front bumper wings bonnet |
