Punto Turbo question - Carlos182 - 09-06-2014 So a friend of mine's turbo has died on his Grande Punto 1.9 Multijet. AFAIK they've got a GT179V on as standard. Very n00b question, but would a GT1752V bolt straight on? Or could he upgrade and go GT20??V without any hassle? Just wants to bolt straight onto what's already existing. RE: Punto Turbo question - Piggy - 09-06-2014 difficult to say... a lot of turbos have inlets/outlets specific to that engine/model of car. RE: Punto Turbo question - Midnightclub - 09-06-2014 The turbo's look integral to the manifold so I doubt it or at least not without some bodgery.
