Hdi rods - 306pc - 01-05-2014 Hi all. I bought a set of hdi rods for a future project and would like opinions on the best way to store them please. Thanks. RE: Hdi rods - Danny2009 - 01-05-2014 I would just put a few layers of masking take on the bearing faces so they don't get scored and chuck them in tool box RE: Hdi rods - Ruan - 01-05-2014 If you can, wrap them in oil impregnated paper, it'll help stop them rusting. RE: Hdi rods - Tom - 01-05-2014 Chuck em in a bucket of oil! RE: Hdi rods - madmadmax - 01-05-2014 +1 for the bucket o oil just put a wire hook on them so you can pull them out with out getting too oily RE: Hdi rods - 306pc - 01-05-2014 Bucket of oil sounds a good idea. Cheers lads. |
