As everyone loves a classic. Customer just brought this in, possibly pre 1900.

I doubt it is pre 1900 though as around then, sleeved cable brakes weren't invented. They were all on pushrods.

Theyre a later addition. Would originally have been a fixie track bike.

I had one like that. Paid £10 for it from the tip a fiew years ago, it ended up back at the tip 3weeks later after someone pulled out in front of me and i ended up sat on there roof.
