Expanda-Foam Car Modification - JoelInman - 26-04-2014 yes you read the title correctly, found this on t'interweb and though i would share it for ***** and giggles. kind of makes me want to go and buy some expanda foam now though. The finished car looks insane.... starting to think my 306 could do with some 30" chromes on it! http://news.distractify.com/people/amazing/sports-car/?v=1 anyone fancy giving it a go with a 306 RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - r3k1355 - 26-04-2014 The finished car looks shit?? RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - Hajman - 26-04-2014 Well it's creative I'll give you that. Dem rimz doh..... Dayyym RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - procta - 26-04-2014 surly it will be heavier than it was too? Re: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - kentiiboii - 26-04-2014 Id of done it different my self... but thats soo coooooll!!! RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - Sian - 26-04-2014 Seen this on facebook I generally thought he was going to do a Bugatti veyron I don't like it it's ugly RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - JoelInman - 27-04-2014 How did he get that finish ontop of that foam... Surely he must have fibreglassed over the whole thing? That expanda-foam would be porous as hell after he had been around shaping it. I thought he was going bugatti style too as soon as i saw that grill on the front. I wonder if this would work for custom boot builds - speaker setups etc. Expanda-Foam Car Modification - Ben Jay - 27-04-2014 Looks like he used filler over the whole car and the sprayed that RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - Grant - 27-04-2014 (26-04-2014, 09:30 PM)Sian Wrote: I don't like it it's ugly QFT The back looks like its is trying to be a F430 with those lights, and the front. Well, thats just disgusting. RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - Danny2009 - 27-04-2014 Seen it on fb it's ugly as sin but appreciate all the craftsmanship gone Into it RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - Ruan - 27-04-2014 Don't drive it over anything in the road, that will crack like a whore!!! RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - Dom - 27-04-2014 i just worked with some foam over the weekend but the canned one!!! its a mess but usefull!! I am up for foaming and doing a kit car, especially since I see how it can be shaped!!! dom need a new haul ass runner anyone? dom RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - John1.4 - 27-04-2014 i've seen it sed to sculpt wide body / wide arches onto stuff, but not really sensible to just skim and paint, ideally you'd take a mould of the end product and transfer it over properly RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - ozonehostile - 28-04-2014 Lol, there would be so much dust if he ever crashes it. That poly foam stuff is pretty heavy when it sets too. Fair play for being creative n shit, but nice it is not RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - silverzx - 28-04-2014 Oh god. RE: Expanda-Foam Car Modification - HDIkyle - 28-04-2014 I used expanding foam to smooth a bonnet and grill, that does look shit also |
