As title says can you fit side skirts on a Phase 2? I really like the look of side skirts

Yes. You will however need to drill holes for the rivets, and fix the attaching clips to the wings.
Or glue them

I have two 5 door sets. But not in your colour. Both with rubber seals.

I'll probably have to re-spray them anyway, don't know if anyone on here has a Rhodes Blue 306
