Reverse Light Switch! - Toms306 - 22-03-2014
Hello,
Does anyone have a reverse light switch they could post today? The one on my replacement gearbox is different to the loom plug, and have rounded the nut trying to get the one from the other box!
It's the one with the small grey plug, x reg HDi if it makes a difference.

Do you have the loom that was on the replacement box? if so, you can remove the plug housings and swap them over. The pins inside are the same. Just use two paperclips to free them although its a bit fiddly.

Hmm, other loom is still on the engine at Nans. I'm not good with fiddly things though haha.

02 should have the newer style sensor, unless they changed it again.
Can get a pic in a bit, post has gone today anyway. I might just take apart the plug on my loom and clip the the wires on directly for now.

It's alright, I forgot to take the pic anyway lol.
Couldn't seem to separate the plug at all though!
