This special was only meant to be sold in Smiths, so we got enough bottles for the shop issues. The decision to send it out to subscribers was made last minute, so technically this issue is free (as it's not part of the subscription) but we didn't have enough bottles to put them in with the subscribers mags.
I didn't get any wheel cleaner either if it's any consolation

*facepalm* yes they did :clap: my point was that the subscribers who are paying to get it delivered and to show their support are being left out of the promotion, yes I understand the reason given, but are the subscribers not more important to the magazine as a whole?
Can I also add that I'm not bothered about the freebies, it's more just the principal of it, that's all
