Lift the bowl off the bottom of ths carbs and they are inside bud

Hi fellow hdi. I would like to know if you have info re c/locking fuse on 2001 hdi. Which no is it and is it in facia fuse box or in engine f/box.

Its under the steering wheel, its fuse
14 20amp
15 30 amp
possible fuse 30 15amp
